Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including used products, damaged items caused by the customer, or items without original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
